This starts with a site visit and talking to the potential or existing customer.

The air-conditioning requirements and options are discussed with the client. The area to be air-conditioned is sized, and if needed the ceiling space is inspected.

The system capabilities and how it will look indoors and outdoors visually are explained. The electrical supply and switchboard are inspected to make sure they can accommodate the extra load.

Any electrical work required for the new system will be discussed and addressed via a verbal agreement or quote.
